What do you get when you give 10 inmates a bunch of material, five sewing machines, and a few pair of scissors (that have been secured to the table of course). How about 10,000 masks! *and counting* Albert Ciccone, the brainchild of this idea, saw the need for masks and went to work. It wasn't long before his idea turned into a plan, and then into action. Soon, all of the correctional facilities in Idaho were making masks. But if you ask us, we here at I.S.C.C. make the finest masks. Let me tell you about this band of misfits that have come together to g

A Tale of Two Chargers - An Idaho Prisoner's Story

THE TAKING OF JUSTICE The narrative below follows and documents disturbing incidents related to the taking of a police cruiser by a handcuffed prisoner, and the actions of government officials in what some will describe as insurance fraud, perjury, corruption and embezzlement of city funds. The names are true, they have not been changed to protect the guilty. BACKGROUND On 8/24/17, Jeffrey Epperson was arrested at his home on an agent's warrant for violating parole. Only one person alive today knows what happened firsthand on that mountain. Documentaries have been aired, stories have been published and people in town still talk in the diners and local bars about what happened that Memorial Day weekend while the Locust Blossom Festival was in full swing. In 2005, from his prison cell, Dale committed to paper what really happened that fateful day, and sent sealed copies of the documents to people outside the walls for safe keeping. These envelopes were to be opened and disclosed to but a few people upon his death or incapacity. Dale feared his knowledge of the true happenings of that day, and what led up to them, would be lost forever to the families, friends, trial jurors, sh
