We wanted to let you know that our Development Team is making updates to the virtual Amelia customer service offering available on the kiosk. During this process, you will see two Amelia buttons one will take you to an informational screen about the service and the other will direct you to the Amelia virtual agent for help as you normally use the service. Once the updates are finished it will revert back to just one Amelia button.

We have made some enhancements to our music search engine to improve your searching experience on the JPay kiosk. Now you can search for your favorite artists, albums or songs and get the results you are looking for!

For the best music search experience, we highly recommend the following search tips:

Try to be exact or specific with your searches.

You cannot search by artist/song or artist/album. You can only search by artist, song, or album separately. For example, you cannot search for Van Halen Jump. You would have to search for Van Halen separately and Jump separately.

When searching for artists, albums or songs please spell the words correctly. If you do not spell the words correctly, you will not find what you are looking for.

If the artist, album, or song name has dashes or special characters, and you cannot find what you are looking for, try spelling the name without the dashes or special characters. For example, Jay-Z would be spelled as Jay Z and Rick Ro$$ would be spelled as Rick Ross.

When searching for artists that contain and or and , and you cannot find what you are looking for, try alternating the characters. For example, If you are searching for Pete Rock and CL Smooth and you cannot find what you are looking for, try Pete Rock and CL Smooth. If you still cannot find what you are looking for, try searching for each individual artist. For example: Pete Rock.

If the album or song name contains and or and and you cannot find what you are looking for, try alternating the characters. For example, if you are searching for Always and Forever and cannot find it, try Always and Forever.
