We know it's important to continue staying connected with your loved ones, so we have made October 6, 2021, "Free Reply Wednesday." (12:01am 11:59pm, EDT).

Every time your loved one sends a secure message to you on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, the JPay system will include a prepaid reply at no additional cost. You can use the free reply at any time, but you can only reply back to the original sender.

IMPORTANT FOR YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY: JPay mobile app users must check the Prepaid reply box before sending the email in order to send the free reply. If they send the secure message through their JPay account on the JPay website, the free reply will automatically be added.

The Music Catalog is updated daily with New and Recent Releases, Top Songs and Albums from some of your favorite Artists.

This is a friendly reminder to update the Music Catalog on your tablet regularly. This way, when you are not logged on the kiosk, you can still browse current Music selections on your tablet.

Before you connect your tablet to the kiosk to update the Music Catalog, please check the following:

Open the Media Store app on your tablet, and select the Music icon.
Scroll to the bottom right of the page and locate the Catalog Version.
If the Catalog Version is GREATER than 21.30.1d, please refer to Here is how to update the Music Catalog on your tablet for next steps. If the Catalog Version is LESS than 21.30.1d, please do the following:
Scroll to the top of the Music Store page.
On the top right, select the Shopping Cart icon.
On the next page, select the Music tab.
Select the X to the right of the screen to remove Music item(s) from the cart.
You will have to re-add the Music items after you update the Music Catalog.
Now you can update the Music Catalog on your tablet using the steps below.


Here is how to update the Music Catalog on your tablet:

Login to your assigned kiosk.
Select the Media button.
Connect tablet to the kiosk and wait for tablet to complete syncing.
Select the Update Music Catalog" button and select Yes. On the bottom right of the kiosk you will see the update status indicator.
When the download is complete, disconnect your tablet from the kiosk and wait for tablet to update. Please be patient. It can take up to a minute for the update process to begin on your tablet.
Log back into your tablet, select the "Media Store" app, then select the Music icon to view your updated music catalog.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and verify the Catalog Version. Here is how to read the Catalog Version: year.weekofyear.day.


If you are having trouble updating the Music Catalog on your tablet, try deleting it and then re-downloading it. To delete:

Select the Media button on the kiosk.
Connect your tablet to the kiosk and wait for tablet to complete syncing.
Select the "Delete Music Catalog" button and select Yes. On the bottom right of the kiosk you will see the delete status indicator.
When the deletion is complete, disconnect your tablet from the kiosk.
To re-download,

Select the Media button on the kiosk.
Connect your tablet to the kiosk and wait for tablet to complete syncing.
Select the "Download Music Catalog" button and select Yes. On the bottom right of the kiosk you will see the download status indicator.
When the download is complete, disconnect your tablet from the kiosk and wait for tablet to update. Please be patient. It can take up to a minute for the update process to begin on your tablet.
Log back into your tablet, select the "Media Store" app, then select the Music icon to view your updated music catalog.
Scroll to the bottom right of the screen and confirm the Catalog Version. Here is how to read the music catalog version: year. week of year. day.
