JAIL AUTHORITIES RADIATE PRISONERS FOR TACTICAL ADVANTAGES

Jails themselves are a microcosm of society at its worst, but dangers lie not only with other inmates or guards, but sometimes with the facilities and services themselves. Food and water quality/contamination, basic hygiene and unsanitary conditions, laundry and ventilation are always a concern in jails and prisons, but there are sometimes other dangers that are literally built in to the facility, intentionally or not.

For the past several years, United States diplomatic, military and national security personnel have complained they are being targeted by foreign powers (usually pointing their fingers at Russian operatives) using energy-based, electromagnetic weapons at duty stations around the world. Suffering from what has come to be known as 'Havana Syndrome', these personnel describe having physiological and psychological effects of high intensity, short duration electromagnetic energy exposure. Lesser known are the intentional long-term, low[er] intensity electromagnetic attacks on jail prisoners by authorities to gain tactical advantages in criminal cases.

Certain EMF or Electromagnetic Frequencies can have significantly detrimental effects on humans at different levels. Though most of us are bombarded with EMFs every moment of every day by both natural sources and man made electrical and electronic devices without significant effect or harm, intentionally exposing people to directed and/or inordinately high or long duration levels of particular EMFs can be used to create specific disturbances in a persons body and mind.

EMF exposure, especially long duration, low level radiation, can range from instilling paranoia, anxiety, dread, depression and a wide array of other psychological effects. In some instances, EMFs, including subsonic sounds have been cited as the cause for some houses to feel spooky or haunted. Prolonged low level EMF exposure can cause nausea, dizziness, headaches and other physical symptoms depending on the frequency and power of the EMFs, proximity to the source of the EMF, and any shielding that may be between the person and that source.

In some jails, authorities designate cells or areas which just so happen (by construction or design) to have high EMF readings for housing those prisoners who do not cooperate with investigators as a means to "break" the prisoner, or for (unofficial) punishment. In some instances however, the cells or dorms are actually designed (intentionally) to have higher EMF exposure by placing high-power cables, unshielded antenna, and - in at least one known instance - a microwave generator with waveguides in the pipe chase area behind cell walls.

While the tactics of intentionally exposing prisoners to EMFs were not initially conceived of by civilian authorities, use of these methods by military and 'national security' agencies (including the CIA) in interrogating prisoners has flowed over into the US criminal 'justice' system. Making prisoners as uncomfortable as possible will eventually result in a net gain for interrogators, as those afflicted would do most anything (or say anything) to rid themselves of the discomfort.

Some may question where the money for EMF generators and waveguides would even come from if they were being used in county and city jails. Well, it's simple... taxpayer dollars. Low cost microwave/EMF generators are even found in virtually every home in America - though most people know them as microwave ovens.

In 1997, deputies working in a county jail in Missouri removed the door and shielding panels from a commercial grade microwave oven, bypassed the safety interlock switch (designed by the manufacturer to keep the unit from operating without the door closed) and placed it in the pipe chase behind a specific cell. The microwave was turned on for several hours per day, and "aimed" into the cell through the ventilation duct. When the microwave began to overheat, a box fan was purchased from WalMart by the jail staff to keep it cooled down.

Within hours of the EMF exposure, the prisoner in the cell began feeling ill, and suffering physiological effects of the wide spectrum EMFs being pumped into his cell. After just a day, the previously healthy prisoner developed severe headaches, pains and lesions. After nearly a month, the prisoner agreed to plead guilty to charges he had denied for nearly a year - just to be released from the jail to the prison system. He had lost more than 25% of his body weight in that month.

When questioned as to the legality of the EMF generator/microwave being placed in the pipe chase, the county sheriff, county prosecutor and a city prosecutor agreed there was no legal prohibition on the use of the EMFs so long as the actions were not 'intended' to be torturous to the prisoner, and was not 'intended' to give the state an unfair advantage in the case. The legal opinion was also based on the fact there was no scientific evidence this type of low level, long duration radiation would be permanently harmful to the prisoner.

According to a story by the CBS News program 60 Minutes on March 31, 2024, Havana Syndrome is still not recognized by the US government. I wonder why...
